Before You Book
Online booking is for new clients and returning clients who have not been seen in the past 60 days. Current clients should contact their therapist directly to schedule.
Required Intake Documents
After booking, please complete all intake documents—including your credit card information—within 48 hours. Your appointment cannot be confirmed until all required documents are complete. Appointments with incomplete paperwork after 48 hours will be cancelled.
What Happens Next
Once your documents are submitted, we will review them and send a welcome message with any out-of-pocket costs for your appointment.
